This programme covers everything you need to transform your confidence. We start with where you are now and identify exactly where you want to be. I will guide you through each step of the journey, helping you to remove blockers and barriers in your way.
This programme is 8 sessions long, available weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on your availability. Below is the blueprint for the programme, however each session is tailored to your goals and needs. All sessions are online.
This programme is completely personalised to you, with hands-on support from me during sessions and between sessions via email or Whatsapp so you always have someone in your corner championing you to be the best version of you.
Session one
Life Pulse Check
Together we will dig into how you're feeling and the root cause. We will explore your life; your challenges, what's holding you back and start to unravel your noisy mind.
Session three
Understanding your emotions
We will look deeper into how you are feeling and the emotions you're experiencing. We'll unpick the source of your emotions and I will teach you how to transform how you feel, so you can choose a happier life.
Session five
Create your own reality
We will explore your influences, looking at your life through the lens of what you want from the future. Together we'll map out what you want and how you can get it.
Session seven
Finding your authentic purpose
Struggling to know who you are and what you want? We'll explore your goals, values and identity to unlock what it is you want next from life, discover your true calling and connect to your authentic self.
Session two
Unpicking your thoughts
We will work together to understand your thoughts, your limiting beliefs, patterns of thinking and how you can gain control of your mind.
Session four
Negative self-talk
You know that voice that lives in your mind rent free? The one that tells you that you're not good enough... yeah, well, that's got to go. Together we'll dig into your self-chatter and silence your inner critic.
Session six
Being present
If you've found yourself snapping at others, being irritable with strangers and overlooking the joy of every day life, this is the session that will fix that. You will learn key techniques and tools to focus your attention on the present moment, improve relationships and show kindness in every moment.
Session eight
Looking to the future
As the course comes to a close, we will set key goals which you will actually want to stick to. We'll curate a personalised mindfulness routine for you to put into practice and create positive habits for good.
